Steve Zonce is an award-winning custom woodworker specializing in solid-wood furniture and custom kitchen cabinetry. He won the Best Craftsmanship award at the Escondido Arts Partnership woodworking show. His work was also featured in The Coast News.
Steve’s love of woodworking began at an early age. As a child, he created useful wooden items for his mother’s kitchen. In high school, he excelled in woodshop and received several awards for his craftsmanship.
Steve later served in the United States Navy before earning a B.A. in Business. Although woodworking began as a hobby, he continued developing his skills and turned his passion into a business in 2015.
Steve is passionate about solid-wood construction and traditional joinery. He believes well-crafted furniture should be durable, repairable, and capable of lasting for generations.
